The Bayside Terrace Civic Club (BTCC) was originally chartered Nov. 4, 1949. It was organized for the benefit of all property owners who elect to become members, without profit to the officers and/or members. Some of the primary functions of the BTCC are to:
- Operate and maintain a community pier and park.
- Plan and facilitate neighborhood beautification projects.
- Assist in the maintenance and enforcement of building and other restrictions in accordance with the City of La Porte ordinances.
As a member of the Bayside Terrace Civic Club, you enjoy access to the neighborhood park. The BTCC is working hard to rebuild our pier, and working on other community projects so that we as residents of Bayside Terrace can have a better quality of life.
Annual Meeting at City Hall, February 26th at 6pm.
